This rainy day affair was filled with laughter and love, and didn’t keep us from having a good time. It was supposed to be thunder-storming so bad that day. Nevertheless, we kept checking in with these two to make sure they were still in for their Knoxville Tennessee Valley wedding photography Fair session, and I’m so glad it worked out! It happened to be the last weekend the fair was in town, so this was our only shot.
Erin and Ronnie were so incredible to work with! We were able to explore the Tennessee Valley Fair and just have a good time. A little rain didn’t stop Erin and Ronnie from getting back to their childhood exploring the fair, playing games, and just laughing together.
Tennessee Valley Fair Session
I’ve always been dying to shoot a session at the fair. You can imagine, I was pumped to find out that Erin and Ronnie were interested in doing it with a Knoxville wedding photographer! We ended up only shooting for about 30 mins total but had an absolute blast. Erin and Ronnie just ran around and played games throughout their Tennessee Valley Fair session. While interacting with tons of the activities and playing games. Throughout the session Ronnie was getting hangry, but he was such a good sport and had fun with Erin. It was hilarious because he kept making silly faces throughout the quick shoot!
Knoxville Wedding Photography – A Surprise Win!
Throughout their Tennessee Valley Fair session we wanted to shoot with a stuffed animal and considered asking someone if we could borrow theirs for a few minutes, but Ronnie decided to take matters into his own hands. He sat down and played the squirt gun game and WON! Their Knoxville Wedding Photography had worked out better than expected. I captured their reaction and it was such a fun surprise!
Even though we were at the fair throughout their session, the pictures turned out incredibly intimate and romantic. Despite all of the fun lights and people, they were just enjoying one another’s company. I love doing sessions like this because it’s a great way to make a date night out of a session, and get your partner excited to go!
Next on my bucket list is a ferris wheel session, so if you’re considering some fun fair pictures, let’s book in a Knoxville Wedding Photography shoot today!
[…] Amanda and Spencer are seriously such a sweet couple! I shot their elopement a few months ago and it was a total blast! We have been great friends with them since we moved to Tennessee. I knew that when we would do a session together again it would be just as fun as their elopement. There are tons of places to shoot sessions that can fit with your personalities. These sessions not only capture a moment in time but they can also represent your relationship. You can shoot in a field, the top of mountains, in your favorite bar, at your home. The options are endless! When we were brainstorming ideas we wanted to do something fun different and it just so happened that the carnival was in town for a week. Like in the parking lot of our Knoxville mall. This was definitely a smaller setup, literally a fraction, compared to the session I did at the fair. […]
